We are a 24 hour emergency service repair shop we understand how critical downtime can be that is why our expert technicians will work around the clock to ensure we get your unit back to you in the time frame you need it.
HOW IT WORKS
Upon arrival of your unit to our facility PGR will perform a complete teardown and inspection. We will run an analysis on each internal & external part of your unit which will help us determine main cause of component failure. We will provide you with a complete work-scope & diagnosis. Then a complete gear replacement will be made with matching gear ratios along with all barrings, seals, shims, and gaskets.
After Gearbox has been completely rebuilt/repaired the unit will then undergo on a 12 hour test run to ensure you get your unit back in tip top shape.
All work comes with a 36 month unconditional operational warranty.

PGR Provides complete gearbox evaluation and state of the art inspection at no charge to you're company. Our gearbox expert technicians can take a worn gearbox and rebuild to a like new condition and warranty it with a 36 month unconditional warranty.

PGR offers a free TDI service that consists of complete disassembly of your mud pump. With everything taken apart, our team will inspect the suction manifold, check piston rods for straightness, look for visible washouts and pitting, and even inspect all nuts, bolts, and their threads!

When we receive your screw for rebuilding, our team performs a thorough inspection of the overall condition of your screw which will help us locate and determine the main cause of component failure. Repair and rebuild services include flight repairs, root and radius repairs, and also screw tip repairs.
